Operating Conditions

Measurement Medium: H₂, He, hydrocarbons, inert gases, mixed gases, acidic gases (must be specified when ordering).

Flow Rate: 0.5 ~ 2 SCFH, recommended: 1.6 SCFH (approximately 800 mL/min).

Calibration: 80% FS standard gas is recommended.

Pressure: 5 ~ 100 Psig (a suction pump is required for negative pressure). Temperature: 5 ~ +45°C, with built-in temperature compensation.

Sampling System

Equipped with a rapid purge system, including a protective four-way valve, flow control valve, and flow meter, with 1/8” stainless steel compression fittings.
